About the Programme/Sector


This is a fantastic new career opportunity to work as a Customer Support Apprentice for Swoopos, based in Wolverhampton (WV1). This is an role will help you to gain a Customer Service Level 2 with full training provided.


Duties of the Role


- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Account management
- Any other related duties to support business requirements

Qualifications


Maths and English GCSE at grade 7 to 2 (A to E) or Functional Skills Level 1-2 or equivalents

Duration, Pay & Award


After 12 Months you will achieve a Customer Service Level 2 Standard with this apprenticeship.
The base salary is National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage.
