We provide a labour rental service to meet the requirements of large contracts. We have supplied large international construction projects with qualified and certified personnel of all types of workers and operatives.

Our company specializes in the Construction, Building, Civil Engineering and Industrial sectors.

To complement our labour/plant supply service CEC are able to offer principle contractors a diverse range of full service subcontract civil engineering disciplines from site clearance to all other various types of skilled labour work you may require.


Civil Engineering Crew is a specialist recruitment agency based in Birmingham . We supply qualified and experienced labour to assist businesses in various projects.


Duties of the Role


o General filing and office administration.
o Assisting the recruitment coordinator in entire recruitment process such as:
o Business development - developing existing clients and candidates database to maximise potential business and identifying new clients to generate new business
o Candidate resourcing, placing top quality candidates, developing a good rapport with all candidates.
o Carrying out all relevant documents and right to work checks. o Setting up interviews over the phone. o Take notes during the interviews.
o Organise hiring of cars/vans when needed.
o Liaising with our external accounts team where you will be responsible for communicating cash reconciliation and hours worked by staff.
o You will also be the key point of contact for our offices.
o Recruiting different types of workers as required by the client
o Draw up contracts for workers

Qualifications


Age 16-18: maths and English at GCSE or Functional Skills or equivalents (grades will be discussed at interview)
Age 19+: must have maths and English GCSE grade 9 to 4 (A* to C) or Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalents

Duration, Pay & Award


After 18 months you will achieve a Level 3 Business Admininstrator with this apprenticeship.
The base salary is £4.30 per hour.
