Job Role Description

We are currently recruiting for an apprentice to join PQMS Training, a leading Training and Management Consultancy, as an Accreditation Administrator.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, gain knowledge and valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment.

Working alongside their experienced team, you'll also be supported with achieving a Business Administrator Level 3 Standard.

Established in 1999, we have a passion for improving the performance of the organisations we work with and specialise in providing training and development programmes designed to meet the needs of individual businesses in the following sectors: Construction, Health & Safety, Highways, Smart Metering, Telecoms, and Utilities (Gas, Power and Water).

Role Duties

- Input and update information on a wide variety of bespoke application systems, e.g. awarding body databases, quality assuring to ensure compliance with sector regulations
- Create and maintain electronic portfolios / resources for learners and assign ICT permissions to meet the needs of customers policies / procedures
- Provide a hight quality confidential service and advice to internal and external customers through a range to communication channels ( e.g. various email inboxes, via the phone) ensuring tasks are prioritised and customers are responded to in a timely manner
- Process requests for certification of learners, ensuring certification claims are accurate and certificates are appropriately and efficiently disseminated following processes and procedures
- Maintain and update resources, ensuring they meet the requirement of Accreditation and Quality delivery managers
- Emails, phones, report attendance, support on input attendance to Qualify, PQMS certificates, UKATA certificates, Cabwi certificates, SQA certificates, C&G certificates, Smart Awards certificates, SWQR order cards, chase photo up for SWQR cards, Evolve C&G register delegates, ordering exams, claim certificates, scanning paperwork / smart awards / EUSR - evidence, register and order certificates with UK
- Cooperate on preparation paperwork for audit with quality team
- Organise Zoom meeting for distance online learning

Training You'll Receive

Our Business Administrator Level 3 Standard includes modules such as:

You will have access to a laptop and the internet to complete your training whilst in the workplace.

Training will be delivered on-the-job, in the workplace, at our Training Centre and via Zoom sessions.

Entry Requirements

General Requirements:
- Age 16+
- Not currently in Education, Employment or Training
- Eligible to work in England
- Looking for a career in administration

- Age 16-18: maths and English at GCSE or Functional Skills or equivalents (grades will be discussed at interview)
- Age 19+: must have maths and English GCSE grade 9 to 5 (A* to C) or Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent.

- Previous experience in an office environment would be advantageous but is not essential


Working Hours

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
1 hour lunch

After This Apprenticeship

This employer will consider a full time role for successful candidates after completion of this apprenticeship.

Following completion of this Level 3 apprenticeship, you can continue your apprenticeship progression by advancing on to Level 4. You may also have the opportunity to apply for higher education courses at University.

This role will also qualify you to progress onto permanent employment within an administration role and more specifically in the accountancy sector.
