Job Role Description
We are currently recruiting for an apprentice to join the team at Regional Homes Ltd, leading experts in property sales and lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable new skills, knowledge and experience in a professional office environment. Full training for this role will be provided as you work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Regional Homes are experts in selling and letting properties, full property management and rent 2 rent. They have complete services for letting, selling, buying and renting.

Role Duties
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing/Letting decisions.
- Finding clients in need Of Property Management services through cold-calling, advertising, and
business presentations.
- Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintaining an extensive database Of all properties for sale/l_etting.
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell/Let.
- Conducting negotiations on behalf Of clients.
- Conducting property viewings
- General office administration & call handling
- Handling of monies
Training You'll Receive
Our Business Administrator Level 3 Standard includes modules such as:
- Document Production
- Communication Skills
- Project Management
- Online Safety
- Use of Microsoft
- Sustainability
- Interpersonal Skills
- Telephone Skills
- Managing Performance
You will have access to a laptop and the internet to complete your training whilst in the workplace.

Entry Requirements
General Requirements:
- Age 16+
- Not currently in Education, Employment or Training
- Eligible to work in England
- Looking for a career in Administration
Qualifications:
- Age 16-18: maths and English at GCSE or Functional Skills or equivalents (grades will be discussed at interview)
- Age 19+: must have maths and English GCSE grade 9 to 5 (A* to C) or Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office environment would be advantageous but is not essential
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 5:30pm
37.5 Hours Per Week

This employer will consider a full time role for successful candidates after completion of this apprenticeship.
Following completion of this Level 3 apprenticeship, you can continue your apprenticeship progression by advancing on to Level 4. You may also have the opportunity to apply for higher education courses at University.
This role will also qualify you to progress onto permanent employment within an administration role..
