Our Access To Administration Programme is tailored towards young people, who are looking to gain the relevant skills and experience ready to enter the world of work.


Programme Overview

Are you looking for a career in Administration?

Our exciting Access to Administration (Traineeship) programme has been designed for young people ages 16 to 18 (or 19 to 24 with an EHCP) with the aim to provide you with essential personal development and employability skills to prepare you for the world of work. This programme replicates aspects of working life and is nothing like school, college or sixth form.

Our dedicated tutors will support you throughout the programme, ensuring you develop the key skills and qualities that employers are looking for. This is also a great opportunity to progress with your maths and English Functional Skills qualifications.

Working with our recruitment team, we will guide you through this programme with the final goal of securing an apprenticeship or college offer.

Whilst on this programme, you will also be completing units from the Level 2 - Introduction to Business Administration Diploma.

Eligibility Criteria

Are you age 16 to 18?

Have you been a UK resident for 3+ years?

Not currently in Employment, Education or Training?

Do you have low maths and English grades?

Do you have qualifications below Level 3?

Are you looking for a career in Administration?
